I'm a software developer and machine learning practitioner based in Perugia, Italy. My work spans building internal tools and data pipelines at Fibraweb, and freelance ML projects covering time series forecasting, classification, and regression across different domains.
I'm finishing a Master's in Artificial Intelligence, where my thesis compares Transformer and RetNet architectures for NLP and Computer Vision, looking at efficiency-vs-performance trade-offs and transfer learning to smaller models under limited compute.
I did two Erasmus+ exchanges at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland — once during my Bachelor's (2018–2019) and again during my Master's (2021–2022). Outside of ML, I'm into football tactical analysis and have done applied set-piece analysis for a semi-professional team.
